Pledge to Virtual Group Meetings

This is a unique online course because it requires virtual (i.e., synchronous) meetings with your group member(s) throughout the semester.  It includes many highly interactive activities in which you are required to participate in virtual face-to-face Zoom meetings. If your schedule will not permit you to engage in virtual face-to-face meetings (at least once per week) for whatever reason (e.g., work demands or other personal time constraints), then you may not continue in this course and must drop the course immediately.  

By agreeing to this declaration, you pledge that you will be available for weekly face-to-face virtual Zoom meetings and will make a concerted effort to work with your group members throughout the semester in arranging these meetings. You also understand that if you indicate to your group member(s) that you are unavailable to meet (and  fail to meet) with your group member(s) in two virtual face-to-face assignments during the semester, you will receive an "F" course grade, no exceptions. 

I also understand that I am required to purchase supplies for this course. The supplies needed for this course include construction paper, duct tape (any color), popsicle sticks, scissors, tin foil, pipe cleaners, crayons, playdough, stapler, etc. These items will be used to build a prototype wallet in Module 4.
